as what I get into martial arts. like what I can do things in my house to get in shape. I have a punching bag and maybe some sample exercises, things like that.

Do a lot of lifting heavy weight to 35 mintues of cardio and abdominal crunches make tons and I suggest eating a lot of fish for protein you will get ripped in no time.
