about how much are the lessons of aikido?
are usually charged per class? or monthly for a membership? How much? guestimate? I live on the beach in the area long ...
is the same as all other martial arts. that will vary by region, and whether or not there are competitors in the area. you'll pay more if it is the string, and if in a crowded business district. you will pay less if sponsored (eg, YMCA) or is an part of the university (but this usually means you have to be part of your program.) very good (and bad) instructors charge more. you will pay less per month if you sign a contract year, more if you just go lesson to lesson or month to month. I paid $ 120/mo for 6mos (every month), now I have to pay $ 100/mo (annual contract). but beware of Aikido - in one respect, not like other martial arts: aikido many schools required to attend seminars as part of the promotion. if the school will host seminars not, you have to pay to travel, then pay to enter the seminary. If they do not often stay or pay for travel (and enter the seminar), or languish in the classification and other students from other schools. so my $ 100/mo is $ 600 in 6 months. but this time I attended to a local seminar ($ 50 MAT), and traveled to another (air $ 250 + hotel $ 150 + $ 60 MAT). So bloated $ 600 to $ 1110, or about $ 183/mo. and like other martial arts, you need to factor in his uniform, test fees, and weapons. Some schools charge each separately, some charge a flat fee that covers everything and some range somewhere in between.
