Muay Thai Combinations You Need to Know to win your battles.
I have a confession to make. I like watching science programs and nature programs. I recently watched a National Geographic special on the science of the punch and I learned a lot about martial arts that I had not considered before. I learned that one punch most powerful - by a factor of 30% - was of good old fashioned boxing West. I saw a lot on the transfer of energy from the back leg through the core of the body I had known before, and things really Ninjitsu cool that I had never seen before. But what impressed me most was all look at their section on Mauy Thai, and so some combinations in Mauy Thay offer the ultimate combination of economy of movement and strength to the body.
This inspired me to check some videos Mauy Thai education. Yeah, yeah, it speaks Yoshi Yet Another Couch Potato Style Kung Fu style, right? Not quite. The only much about the instructional DVD of Muay Thai, Muay Thai has been, indeed, mixed martial arts full contact sport, is that the DVDs are really bare practice bone. They are not going to charge you with lots of "Contemplate the caterpillar weaving its cocoon" philosophy - they are all right with it, covering positions, blocks and pitfalls and how to combine them in combination.

It is entirely about taking the block and the establishment of counterstrike, that Whether with the knee, elbow, fist or foot. I could see from the DVD Thai Mauy education that I received the real Muay Thai practitioners get hit a lot - There is much contact in the DVD that I'm used to seeing in the training or sparring.
After the long, I had a good workout, and he was really glad it was just me and a freestanding bag rather than me and a kid who is 10 years younger than me. Seriously, that Muay Thai instructional DVD made me feel my years. My knees ached when I did, and I was soaked. It was a good workout, training as most martial arts.
