Clothing in self defense?
Are there any martial arts training in real clothes as everyone seems to prefer gi, kung fu or muay Thai shorts suits. Thanks in advance.
Some instructors have free training on defense in street clothes. Couple was Saturday afternoon and a days a week to practice techniques in street clothes tank tops and tiny shorts in a couple of women could be a distraction, but they said Curt and studied in the area of the beach as the annoying and sometimes I have. Depends on the school.
