Why not check Delagrotte fight in the UFC?
It seems that the coach all the big names and has struggled in other martial arts and was a champion the world at something. Why not walk into the octagon?
I would say that everything depends on the person. Mark has fought in Thailand, but only about Another 10 fights. example is Robert Drysdale, a world champion many, many times over Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and beat the best of the best BJJ in the past years (Renzo Jake sheilds, Gonzaga, Babalu). He also coached some of the large works best. But only now is that it enters MMA same. I guess that is how that person feels that way or how talented you want to use. Perhaps Mark feels like he's just a better teacher he is a fighter and that's where it would be better served. Also, the first answer, there are few better than Marcos and his boys not in that very very short list.
