what form of martial art could suggest for me?
iv never done any, so I will not say "I'm better ...". but I said ... I feel more comfortable with a form focuses more on the strike (as opposed to grabbing), and one that uses kicks and punches (im not comfortable using the elbow of an attack, unless your type of monitor for a punch) technical sorta thing. and so its value is a primary motivation for exercise, while one more for learning, would be self-defense. any suggestions?
