Martial Arts Shoes Support?
I have flat feet and pronation of the ankle problems that tend to cause problems with my knees. To prevent another knee injury, my teacher suggested I pick up a shoe and put a martial arts arch support in it. Has anyone used either the shoe or sneaker Adidas new century? Do you work well with arch supports? I do Tae Kwon Do.
To TKD would say go with the tiger claw, Addidas, or a century. All are or less equal and all help. Good luck.
