Karate Monday (1 hour and 30 minutes Kyokushin) Tuesday Korean Kickboxing (Muay Thai Combo + Barre Trowse) 1 hour and 30 minutes Wednesday at the training service (TCE weight.) Korean kickboxing Thursday (1 hour and 30 minutes) Friday Kyokushin Karate (1 hour and 30 minutes) Krav Maga Saturday (2:00) + judo (1 hour and 15 minutes) Sunday (at home, weight) My 21 years in the sport have been all my life. Iam their do it for now for about a year of judo is new I have only two classes. I karate and kickboxing competition. Goals: self-defense, maybe do something for security. Have good starting point, my first tournament of contact two whole months (Kyokushin) protection and a tap due to face a black belt (matching set) brown belt (I have the KB with ax), another brown belt (draw) and a yellow belt (won) I ended up 2nd place. And Iam orange belt.
