Have you ever been watching martial arts films and thought, "I can do? "Bruce Lee, Jet Li and Jackie Chan do everything seem so easy. They give the impression that anyone can do. I know it makes me want to blow up the walls and start to jump through ladders, but these guys are trained professionals. What they do is dangerous.
Let me give you three reasons why these professionals can imitate you land at the hospital or the cemetery.
# 1 movies martial arts focus on the jump height and setbacks
While fast-paced movie love high-flying kicks, in real life, they are difficult to land and pose a serious risk. Spin kicks require precision and split second. If you do not know how the land in the fall then ask to be injured. Ask any man who fell trick. They will tell you that the decline is serious. The soil is fast and hard.
