When using a punching bag, is it necessary to wrap my hands, gloves or sufficient?
I buy a pound heavy bag of 70 (I'm 6'1 "300 pounds). I had some training in martial arts, but have never boxed. I have always gone hand in hand naked held several pills (up to a cushion Length), but I think a heavy bag is a totally different animal.
