What is CHI / KI definition?
Ok I took kung-fu as a child and spoke of and did exercises CHI, but the concept remains vague to me. Every time I have an explanation is always blurred. I'm not interested in taking a class in Tai Chi or Aikido. I just want a clear definition of what is not blurred is CHI? This is not an argument in their daily experience, just an explanation of the concept
Literally, Qi means "breath" and together with Xue (blood) which are the basic things to maintain a living being with life based on Chinese medicine. The word Qi is used in martial arts is actually a potential form of energy. Inside the body which is nothing else than the electrochemical energy of the muscles. The reason it is being called Qi (breath) is that it can be manipulated through body using the breath as a primary method. The source of confusion is the following: 1) Based on the current standard definitions of energy, has no single definition. Within the body is electrochemical potential energy and air moves through the shock waves contain both the kinetic energy potential and 2) The same term is used as a magical energy or as in many movies, stories etc. You can get a better understanding through practice Qigong.
