How I can learn mixed martial arts?

I have 17 years and love the UFC and that sort of thing, I have discussed several times and as truly (I'm pretty good as well which helps), but we have a gym or anything in my small town, so how I can teach my same type of techniques through videos or read books? and so the light conditioning do you suggest? Any help will be greatly appreciated. I do not want to go street fighting is just stupid in my opinion. Thanks

If you want a title to go to college. If you do not feel well, you go to a doctor. If you want to learn MMA, you go to an MMA gym. If you you need is not in your area, go elsewhere. You can not learn from videos or books, you can only get the theory, and thinks he knows, with potentially disastrous.
